We’re pleased to inform you that we accept both insurance and private pay options for our services. If you have any questions about your coverage or would like assistance in navigating the payment process, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Insurance Information
Currently I utilize a service called Headway for insurance credentialing, processing claims, and accepting payment (for those using insurance). This requires my clients to make a profile on Headway, and upload insurance information and a payment method.

You can scroll to "Add Insurance" to get a quote about sessions cost according to your insurance plan. Please note that that is an estimate and subject to change. For any changes after appointments have been booked, Headway will send out an email detailing the updated changes. You can also login to your profile to see the changes.

Note: Headway offers a site for appointments, messages, and charting. I do not utilize Headway for anything other than processing insurance claims, and accepting payment for insurance based clients. I keep another platform separate called Simple Practice. Simple Practice is the platform I will utilize to chart appointments, send documents, and update scheduling. It is also the best way to reach me for current or new clients. You will not be responsible for adjusting scheduling on both platforms. Please make any updates to Simple Practice via messages or the client portal for scheduling and I will maintain the schedule for Headway.

I know this is a little bit confusing when first getting started- This is intentional on my part to reduce access to appointment notes to only required information on Headway in an effort to maintain privacy to the best of my ability.
