Sage Counseling Connection

I have a passion for working with public servants, veterans, women’s mental health, and individuals diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety. In addition, I also work regularly with teens and adults diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and low self esteem, and depression. I am happy to meet with parents to discuss parenting resources and techniques to assist in resolving conflict between parents and their children. I subscribe to the person-centered theory and the belief that we all hold the inner ability to change when internally motivated. It is my job as a counselor to be a resource for your journey and accomplishments. I have a passion for helping people, but I believe that helping someone help themselves is so much more profound.
I operate under the ACA Code of Ethics (2014) and will appropriately apply this ethical code to my counseling practice. I believe that multicultural competence is important for helping a variety of people achieve their goals and a better understanding of themselves and their realities and apply this in my practice consistently.
